I haven't felt this good after seeing a doctor in over 5 years.After visits to 5 dermatologists, 2 in Atlanta,GA and 3 in S. Florida, I thought there was nothing to assist me with a recurring skin problem. Well a recent flare up forced me to research further and I discovered that I had Hidradenitis Suppurativa. True this was a self-diagnosis but after reading and viewing pictures I knew that's what I was dealing with. I just needed a doctor to confirm. Well there are only 2 doctors in FL listed as treating HS. Dr. Resnick's office was able to see me the next day after I called.The location is easy to get to. And you can go to the office's website and there is a page that allows you to have the address and telephone number of their location sent to you via text. How neat is that?The staff was cordial. There was no wait after I filled in and submitted my paperwork and insurance card.The assistant, Elizabeth, was so nice. She listened to my concerns and relayed them to Dr. Resnick.He took the time to explain why I was suffering from this skin condition and everything made sense. And he didn't offer just medical solutions. He gave me a list of over the counter supplements that would alleviate the problem.I was felt very confident in his knowledge not just in his specialty but in a variety of aspects of the medical field. He was friendly and incredibly articulate but he didn't talk down to me and explained things in a manner that was not too simplified but not in a way that would be confusing either.One thing I have to say is that everyone at this office including the doctor, really gives you a sense that they understand what you may be feeling and you can talk to them about anything and everything.Because of this, I will be going to his office for my cosmetic procedures too.
